Registration & Payment
Q: What is included in my registration fee?

A: Your registration includes access to all conference sessions, networking events, welcome reception, lunch, coffee breaks, conference materials, and the Women Impact Awards ceremony.

Q: Can I get a refund if I can't attend?

A: Cancellations made 30 days before the event receive a full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable but transferable to another person.

Q: Are there group discounts available?

A: Yes, organizations registering 5 or more attendees receive a 15% discount. Contact us for group registration codes.

Event Logistics
Q: What should I wear to the conference?

A: Business casual attire is recommended for most sessions. The Women Impact Awards ceremony requires business formal/cocktail attire.

Q: Will sessions be recorded?

A: Select sessions will be recorded and made available to registered attendees. Breakout sessions and networking events will not be recorded.

Q: Is Wi-Fi available at the venue?

A: Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the AC Hotel. Network details will be provided upon check-in.
