Caribbean Climate Funders Commitment

Thank you for your interest in signing the Caribbean Climate Funders Commitment. The information below will help deepen your understanding of this collaborative effort and how, together, we are advancing a stronger, more coordinated climate philanthropy movement across the Caribbean.

What is the Caribbean Climate Funders Commitment (CCFC)?

The Caribbean Climate Funders Commitment (CCFC) is a regional pledge uniting funders, donors, and partners who recognize that philanthropy must be a driving force in advancing Caribbean climate action. Developed under the CLASP (Climate Philanthropy & Strategic Partnerships) initiative and aligned with the International Philanthropy for Climate Commitment, its importance and relevance lie in providing a shared framework that empowers organizations to integrate climate equity, resilience, and accountability into their strategies and grantmaking. By signing on, you join a growing movement to scale climate-smart giving, channel resources toward Caribbean priorities, and strengthen collective leadership in global climate philanthropy.

The CCFC invites each signatory to act boldly, learn openly, and build trust through transparency and shared progress. Together, Caribbean funders can lead a transformation that turns vulnerability into vision - and commitment into collective resilience.
