CariPhil operates as a philanthropy-serving organization (PSO) and intermediary that provides:

CariPhil reserves the right to suspend or restrict access for violations.

5. Membership & Contributions

Membership is subject to:

• Due diligence review
• Contribution levels as outlined in the Membership Policy

CariPhil reserves the right to approve, deny, or modify participation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, tools, and branding are owned or licensed by CariPhil.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use content without prior written consent.

7. Data & Platform Use (FDP)

Users agree to:

• Use data responsibly and ethically
• Not extract, scrape, or misuse platform data
• Respect confidentiality and platform integrity

CariPhil does not guarantee completeness or accuracy of third-party data.

8. No Guarantee of Funding

Participation in CariPhil does not guarantee access to funding, grants, partnerships, or investment opportunities.

10. Limitation of Liability

CariPhil is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
