The Caribbean Philanthropic Alliance fosters collaboration through dedicated Funder Convenings and the Caribbean Council. These spaces connect funders and grantmakers with colleagues who share similar interests and funding priorities, fostering a vibrant space for: Funder Convenings: Learn from each other's successes and challenges to enhance your grantmaking effectiveness. Communities of Practice is structured learning convening spaces to explore key topics and approaches to more effective philanthropy. Here Caribbean Philanthropic Alliance will curate with the Council types of training either provided by the Alliance and partner to link members to existing community of practice opportunities and trainings to advance and improve members' grantmaking knowledge and skills.

Opportunities will be facilitated by the Alliance to provide an avenue for funders (members) and implementing supporters (non-members) to take action together. We will encourage conversations between and among stakeholders who are active in regional network meetings, and join philanthropic action across the region.

The Caribbean Philanthropic Alliance, in partnership with regional leaders, established the dynamic Regional Networks in 2019, loosely structured and met to plan actions or activities. Initially focused on pressing regional concerns like climate change, these networks have since expanded to encompass all 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Currently, regional leaders are actively mobilizing these networks to address critical issues like women's empowerment and entrepreneurship, demonstrating their commitment to a holistic approach to regional development.
